Opening Shared Calendar in BWA

The Geisel Student Events calendar can be viewed from bwa.dartmouth.edu.  The following instructions outline how to open the calendar within BWA.
Note: Shared calendars currently cannot be viewed via the Outlook App for iPad or on the iPad Calendar.

Opening a Shared Calendar in BWA

1. Log in to https://bwa.dartmouth.edu with your NetID and Password.
2. Click on the Calendar icon at the bottom left of the screen.
   
3. Within the left menu, right click on Your Calendars.
4. From the resulting menu, select Open Calendar.
5. In the resulting window, type Geisel Student Events in the From Directory field.
   
6. Select the Geisel Student Events calendar from the resulting list.
7. Click [Open].
