Timothy Good
Starting as a part-time contractor in late 2004, Tim has moved into his role as Web Architect, Systems Administrator, CSS Guru, and PHP Ninja in 2007. He is responsible, among other things, for the day-to-day maintenance of the servers and upkeep of sites and apps over the Geisel Web enterprise.

Heather Smith, MSIT
Geisel's Web Designer/Analyst, a.k.a webmaster. She handles front-end website design and WordPress website training. Heather came to the Geisel Web Team in 2017 with a strong marketing and digital marketing background. Her design and structure reflect these components with expertise in keyword utilization and SEO methodology. In addition, Heather is a Certified Web Accessibility Specialist who adheres to the WCAG 2.2 guidelines when updating content. This commitment ensures that Geisel maintains its high standards for diversity and inclusion.
