Students must submit their certificates for the following tasks to Dr. Han Tun at the Office of Medical Student Research. Dr. Tun will then complete the form for you, return a PDF copy, and then keep the form in your student research folder. The form is necessary to be completed prior to any research at Geisel. In addition, it should be included as an enclosure when applying for DH computer access.
