Class Day 2019 Live Video

The Geisel School of Medicine’s annual Class Day event celebrating our graduating medical students will be on Saturday, June 1 at 9:00 AM in Spaulding Auditorium. This year’s keynote speaker is Anne Schuchat MED ’84, the principal deputy director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and a retired rear admiral from the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service. SYNERGY Informatics Workshop on TriNetX May 17

SYNERGY Clinical and Translational Science Institute will provide a workshop on TriNetX/SHRINE this Friday, May 17 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in DHMC Auditorium C-D (includes a light breakfast). In this workshop, which is part of the SYNERGY Spring Research Informatics Workshop Series, participants will learn about the new TriNetX system at D-H. SYNERGY Clinical and Translational Science Institute will provide an i2b2 Next Level Queries Workshop this Friday, May 10 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in Auditorium G at DHMC (includes light breakfast). O’Malley Receives Distinguished Award for Scientific Excellence

James O’Malley, MS, PhD, a professor of The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice and of biomedical data science at the Geisel School of Medicine and director of the Program in Quantitative Biomedical Sciences, has received the 2019 ISPOR (International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research) Award for Excellence in Health Economics and Outcomes Research Methodology.
