Nicole Rapfogel, MPH ’24, a Master of Public Health student at Dartmouth’s Geisel School of Medicine, has been selected as a Finalist for the Presidential Management Fellowship (PMF) program. She is the only candidate at Dartmouth to receive this recognition for 2024.
Last week, candidates enrolled in Geisel’s Hybrid Master of Public Health (MPH) program returned to campus to take part in their December Intensive sessions. The December phase of the program includes formal learning sessions, longitudinal courses (taught throughout the year), guest speakers, networking opportunities, and social events.
This week, the Geisel School of Medicine welcomed candidates enrolled in its residential and hybrid Master of Public Health (MPH) and Master of Science in Healthcare Research (MS) programs to campus for their orientation sessions, which served as a kickoff to a new academic year.
Although members of the MPH Class of 2016 have very different backgrounds, they all share a common interest in improving health care delivery and in using research to change how people experience health care on a broad-based level.
The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice is launching an online Master of Public Health (MPH) degree program in the fall of 2016. The two-year program will include three, one-week residential periods per year ─ making it a more integrated “hybrid” version of the Institute’s existing residential program.
