The Department of Medical Education Journal Club aims to broaden faculty engagement across Geisel to develop a shared understanding of current and impactful research in medical education. Thus, articles spanning undergraduate and graduate medical education will be covered including topics such as: pedagogy, clinical skills training, assessment practices, learner wellbeing, professional identity formation, and residency preparation, among others. The ultimate goal of the Medical Education Journal Club is to deepen faculty understanding of the methods and evidence supporting modern educational practices.
