Informed by current literature on survey research methods, CPDE is skilled at developing surveys to obtain the best possible data to help answer our clients’ research questions.
We develop and execute survey administration plans tailored to meet the needs of each project. This includes working with our clients to identify the optimal survey mode (online, paper, phone), developing comprehensive communication plans (frequency, tone, and source), piloting surveys, and administering participant incentives. If needed, we can also pre-test questions using strategies such as cognitive interviews.
