CPDE is a service center based at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice (TDI). Our interdisciplinary team specializes in qualitative and mixed methods research, program evaluation, implementation and study design, instrument development and testing, and data visualization. We work on about 40-45 projects annually with a range of partners in a variety of program areas. Our support generally falls into two categories:

- Meet funder requirements – Deliver the rigorous, third party data required by large federal, state, and private grants.
- Drive program improvement – Turn real time findings into actionable recommendations for scaling, refining, or redesigning services.
- Demonstrate impact – Provide clear, credible, actionable metrics of program efficacy to move from “we think it works” to “we know it works”
