CPDE conducts needs assessments to determine gaps between current and desired conditions. We also use needs assessments to identify potential approaches to solving complex issues through innovative programmatic and policy solutions.
CPDE staff are skilled at conducting environmental scans, programmatic or context-based landscape analyses (e.g., workforce capacity, equity-based initiatives), carrying out community impact assessments, and inventories of available community-based resources.
