If an MD-PhD applicant has been denied admission after interviewing with the MD-PhD Program committee no further review or consideration will be considered by the MD-only program.
Applying to the MD-PhD Program at the Geisel School of Medicine is straightforward.
You must complete the AMCAS Combined Medical Degree/PhD Application, the MD-PhD Statement of Interest Form, and the Geisel School secondary application. Your file will not be considered unless all forms are complete. MD-PhD candidates with completed applications will be given full consideration both for the dual degree program and for the MD-only program. Early completion of application materials is strongly encouraged. For more information regarding the admissions process, please visit the Geisel MD-PhD Program Admissions page.
Interviews are conducted from October through February.
Admissions decisions are made on an ongoing (rolling) basis.
