Professional Interests
Developing and evaluating interventions to enhance functioning, health, and quality of life for people with serious mental illness. Interventions include: Integrated Illness Management and Recovery (IIMR; training in integrated illness self-management); HOPES (training in social, community living, and health care management skills); SWITCH IT (behavioral support for tobacco harm reduction); Breathe Well, Live Well (smoking cessation); InSHAPE (support for exercise and healthy eating).
