World Hearing Day is an annual global advocacy event raising awareness regarding hearing loss and promoting ear and hearing care and calling for action to address hearing loss and related issues. This event is celebrated on 3 March each year, covering a specific theme on which the World Health Organization and its partners carry out activities based on this theme, “Changing mindsets: empower yourself to make ear and hearing care a reality for all!”

- Tuesday, March 18, 2025, 12:00pm - 1:30pm, Kellogg Hall, 200 for a robust panel discussion around the challenges and triumphs around ear and hearing care
- Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 3:30pm - 5:30pm in Kellogg Hall, 200 for an exciting afternoon of ASL BINGO!
Come out and learning the alphabet and numbers 1-10 in American Sign Language and place a few rounds of ASL BINGO! with your newfound knowledge.
This year's hearing test were accomplished in partnership with our Dartmouth Health and community audiology partners and students.

As we close our month of recognizing World Hearing Day here at Geisel, we thought it would be appropriate to end with a little fun while we learn the alphabet in American Sign Language. Please join us on Tuesday, March 25 at 3:30pm in Remsen Hall, room 512 for an exciting game of ASL BINGO! That’s right, you heard me. We will learn the alphabet and numbers 1-10 in American Sign Language (ASL) and then proceed to playing a few rounds of ASL BINGO! There will be music, snacks, fun, and prizes. So, bring a friend and join in the fun.
