Dear Colleagues,
I am very pleased to announce that Andy Rose, MBA, has been named Geisel’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. As our Senior Director of Finance since joining Dartmouth in 2016, Andy’s leadership of Geisel’s finances and the Finance Office has been essential to keeping our medical school fiscally strong and guiding investments into our education and research programs.
As CFO, Andy will be responsible for the oversight of all the medical school’s financial affairs including, accounting and finance, financial planning, and analysis. He will also lead business planning in the evaluation and implementation of new programs and initiatives emerging from Geisel’s recent strategic planning processes. He will work closely with me and other senior leaders to align our financial goals with Geisel’s strategic vision and mission.
