My research interests are: I am interested in cancer research and utilizing single-cell sequencing data sets to explore questions of tumor evolution and progression as well as leveraging the single-cell resolution of the data type to understand cellular lineages and cell states. Further, I am interested in how modern data science and statistical techniques can be applied to these data to explore such questions.
Career track: Both Industry and Academia
I chose QBS because: I chose QBS because of the comprehensive foundation in data science applied to a breadth of translational research topics, particularly the association with DHMC and the cancer center! I also love the Northeast and was really excited by the Upper Valley's closeness to the outdoors.
Recreational Interests: I love all outdoor activities, particularly hiking and biking in the summer and alpine skiing in the winter!
