Dr. Chapman is a Professor of Dermatology and became the inaugural chair of the “new” Department of Dermatology in 2020. Improving clinical operations, patient experience and employee experience in the ambulatory clinic is a passion and obsession. He specializes in inflammatory diseases of the skin, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and pyoderma gangrenosum. He is also focused on the enhancement of photodynamic therapy of the skin for skin cancer, as well as topical immunotherapy for melanoma.
New Hampshire Magazine has named Dr. Chapman one of New Hampshire’s Top Doctors for several years. He is the co-author of the best-selling dermatology text book Skin Disease: Diagnosis and Treatment, now in its 4th edition.
