Dr. Aaron completed her medicine internship and dermatology residency training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in 2006 and has been on clinical staff ever since.

Dr. Aaron takes great pride in providing her patients with the utmost professional, highly-skilled medical and surgical dermatologic care in a friendly, non-judgmental environment. Her practice consists mainly of teenage and adult general medical dermatology patients. Compassion, respect and maintaining an open dialog with patients is of paramount importance to Dr. Aaron and her entire team. They would love for your visit with them to be the best part of your day!

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Aaron is the course director of the dermatology course at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, which trains medical students in dermatology concepts in their pre-clinical years.

New Hampshire Magazine has named Dr. Aaron one of New Hampshire's Top Doctors for several years in a row. She is author of several dermatology-related chapters in both the patient-centered and professional versions of the Merck Manual.
