About the Bootcamp
The Early Career Faculty Development Bootcamp is a collaborative initiative by Rush Offices of Faculty Affairs and Mentoring Programs, Rosalind Franklin University, and Southern Illinois University. Designed for instructors, assistant professors, and emerging academic leaders, this continuing education-eligible course (9.00 CME credits) provides essential skills and strategies to navigate leadership and professional challenges in academia.
