The Center for Women in Academic Medicine and Science (CWAMS) is now accepting applications for its Faculty Advisory Network, which offers ongoing and individually-tailored support for established women faculty interested in pursuing leadership roles in academic medicine and science. Participating faculty will be matched with a CWAMS Senior Advisor, who will directly provide confidential guidance and/or connect you to needed resources, including sponsors. Our model complements available programs for women and differs in that it is tailored to each participant, is remote by design, and provides an external perspective by senior experienced individuals.
Applications will be accepted through July 31. Read more about eligibility criteria and apply here:

CWAMS, a 501(c)3, was founded and is still led by a group of senior women who are past or present academic leaders and are committed to leveraging their networks and expertise to accelerate gender equity at schools of medicine (read more about our Board of Directors).
