Dominique Lee is the President and CEO of Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM), a role she assumed with a deep commitment to advancing health equity and social justice. With a background that blends technical expertise and robust leadership experience, Dominique holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Tech Entrepreneurship and Engineering Management, an MPH from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Dominique’s professional journey with Planned Parenthood spans nearly two decades and has taken her through multiple affiliates across the United States, navigating the complex landscapes of both urban and rural settings. Her leadership style is characterized by a fervent advocacy for inclusive health practices, an unwavering commitment to women’s rights, and a dynamic approach to leadership that fosters collaboration, innovation, and strategic negotiation.
As a lecturer at Dartmouth College’s Institute of Health Policy and Clinical Practice, Dominique imparts her extensive knowledge and experience in public health and policy leadership. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in real-world application, aiming to equip future leaders with the skills to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful change in their fields.
Dominique was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. She now resides with her 100+lb Shepherd mix rescue dog, John Wayne, in Boston, MA. When she is not working, Dominique enjoys hanging at home with her family, exploring New England, reading, and anything food and music related.
