TDI accelerates the pace of healthcare practice innovation in order to improve patient outcomes and experiences. A joint venture between TDI and Dartmouth Health that supports the rapid, scalable, and transformational design of healthcare delivery solutions.
Promise Partnership
A pilot project, led by TDI and Dartmouth Health, designed to foster a Learning Health System based on the principles of co-production. Co-production centers the partnership among clinicians, patients, and their care partners in improving health outcomes.
Northern New England System Transformation for Primary Care
This emerging initiative is a joint venture between Dartmouth Health’s Department of Community and Family Medicine and TDI that seeks solutions to the profound challenge of providing high-quality and equitable primary health care in a rural setting by establishing an innovative and timely regional collaborative.
