Deanna L. Chyn, MPH

Associate Program Director and Senior Research Programmer Analyst

Deanna is Associate Director of TDI’s Health Equity Pathways Fellowship programs and serves as a senior research analyst on a multi-year NIH grant focused on understanding inequities in dementia care in the US context. She is also supporting development of the Dartmouth Health Equity Atlas. She has nearly 15 years’ experience shepherding national administrative claims-based research projects, applying for grants, and mentoring the irreplaceable analysts and programmers that are the heart of any successful research team. Deanna currently lives in Austin, Texas, with her three spunky kids, two sneezy cats, and one basketball-obsessed husband. She enjoys receiving baked goods from friends and is in tireless pursuit of the perfect shoe rotation for a middle-of-the-pack runner.
