Bich Thi Ngoc Tran, PhD, joined CPDE in 2022. She earned a doctorate degree in Education Policy from University of Arkansas, a M.A. in Political Science from Illinois State University, and a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Asian University for Women. In her previous work, Bich conducted empirical research at the local, state, and international levels in gifted education and identification, virtual schooling, public opinion, educational leadership, and higher education. She brings this education research background, strong quantitative analysis skills, and project management support to the CPDE team and our partners.
