I was a rural pediatrician in southeastern Vermont for 30 years, providing well care and sick care, hospitalization for children aged 0-21, in addition to covering the Emergency and Delivery rooms. I also precepted on doctoring students and third-year pediatric students in our office.
Some of my personal interests are working in my garden, where I grow flowers, as well as fruits and vegetables. I have two granddaughters and spend lots of time with them when our schedules work out.
Top Travel Destinations:
I’m not sure if this means places I have already been to or places I would like to go! I loved travel in Italy, Ireland, and the Caribbean. I actually love it in New England so much that I sometimes have a hard time tearing myself away.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
It would be helpful to know how one’s words are being perceived, so that it would be easy to tell if one was communicating clearly.
If you could go to the Olympics for any sport, what would it be?
Any of the equestrian events. In my youth and early adulthood, I rode horses seriously for many years.
