Kate Turcotte, MSW

Kate utilizes strengths-based and client-centered approaches to guide individuals in developing and working toward their goals such as anxiety and stress reduction, a decreased depressive symptoms, greater life satisfaction and resilience, and increased levels of agency.

Kate specializes in working with Geisel students on relationship issues, stress, depression, anxiety, OCD, and racial identity.

In addition to her therapy work, Kate holds a PhD in Sociology and is a Professor of Sociology and Director of the Social Work Program at Colby-Sawyer College.
