Christopher LaRocca, MD

Department of Community and Family Medicine

I am the Designated Institutional Official at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH, overseeing graduate medical education, and a faculty member for the Family Medicine residency. Prior to my GME work, I had a rural family practice for 33 years and and regularly precepted and mentored Geisel students. I teach in OnDoc, facilitate the Big Questions session for the Family Medicine clerkship, offer Medical Humanities enrichment, and regularly interview medical school applicants as part of the Geisel Admissions Committee.

Some of my personal interests are my family's mini farm that includes dogs and cats, a huge garden, fruit trees, chickens and goats (and over the years pigs, sheep, horses, ducks), maple sugaring, etc.

If you could go to the Olympics for any sport what would it be?
