My research interests are: Modelling and simulating genetic regulation networks. Stochastic modelling. Optimization. Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationships. Neural Networks.
Career track: Both Industry and Academia
My career goals are: I hope to join a team of researchers seeking critical insights on disease treatment, striving to develop new tools and medication.
I have technical expertise in: Coding (Fortran, C/C++, Python, Matlab, ANSYS). Chemistry and Chemical Engineering software (Hyperchem, ASPEN, OpenCalphad).
I chose QBS because: One of my reasons for joining the QBS graduate program is its interdisciplinarity, working with experts from diverse scientific backgrounds and points of view, an essential aspect of the formation as a researcher. As a Double Degree student from USP and ECL, it is clear to me that interdisciplinarity is essential for solving critical problems.
