Other professional information: I graduated from the Vellore Institute of Technology in 2021, since then I had been working as an Computer Vision Engineer for a Denver based company, Visionify.ai. I have a year of work experience in Computer Vision Engineering roles, I had previously worked as a Research intern under the guidance of Prof. JS Shieh of Yuan Ze University in Taiwan.
My research interests are: My area of interests are in applications of Artificial intelligence in Healthcare. I have been fascinated by its applications in precision medicine, wearables, etc. I am also passionate about it's applications in Minimally invasive surgical procedures.
Career track: Industry
My career goals are: I would like to work in the Health-tech companies like Intuitive Surgicals, that aim at applying applications of AI for minimal surgical innovations in Data Science related roles. With these experiences I aim to launch my own healthcare based startup.
I chose QBS because: I find the program quite interesting as it is one of it's kind that offers students to learn and explore Quantitative aspect of Biomedical sciences. I like the emphasis the course gives on understanding the fundamental concepts of Artificial intelligence applications in healthcare.
Recreational Interests: I like to play chess, watch Netflix and I also enjoy running in my free time. I like listening to music and reading books as well.
