Other professional accomplishments of note:
Before starting my PhD, I worked for the Vermont Department of Health as a Syndromic Surveillance Epidemiologist/ Public Health Data Analyst, working to promote the health of Vermonters.

I chose QBS because:
I chose QBS for its strong quantitative and interdisciplinary training that combines epidemiology with biostatistics, bioinformatics, and data science. I was also drawn to the supportive community and the quality of life in the Upper Valley.

Recreational Interests:
Skiing, hiking, cooking & baking, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible!
