My research interests focus on cancer research, infectious diseases, and chronic diseases, with a particular emphasis on epidemiological studies in low-income countries. I am dedicated to addressing global health disparities and employing advanced biostatistical methods to analyze healthcare data to improve public health outcomes.

My career goals are:
As a physician, my goal is to specialize in epidemiological methodologies and applied biostatistics to bridge the gap between clinical practice and research. By integrating data-driven approaches, I aim to enhance our understanding of disease patterns and contribute to the development of evidence-based strategies that improve patient outcomes in clinical and hospital settings.

I have technical expertise in :
I have experience in clinical epidemiology, including case reports, case-control studies, and clinical trials, as well as in research design, analysis, and interpretation of applied statistics in clinical studies. Additionally, I provide mentorship in research methodology

I have authored and/or co-authored more than 35 peer-reviewed research articles and clinical case reports published in international journals. These publications cover various topics, including oncology, infectious diseases, and clinical epidemiology, with a particular emphasis on improving healthcare in low- and middle-income settings. Recognized for significant contributions to understanding COVID-19's impact in low-middle-income settings, with a particular focus on its management in oncology

I chose QBS because:
I chose the Quantitative Biomedical Sciences program because it matches my goal of combining biostatistics, bioinformatics, and epidemiology. This program will give me the skills to handle more complicated health studies by using advanced statistical methods. With these tools, I’ll be able to face challenges in clinical and hospital settings and make a real contribution to medical science and patient care

Recreational Interests:
In my free time, I enjoy practicing jiu-jitsu, volunteering in community health programs, and reading about philosophy and political science
