Understanding yourself and others is a critical skill for leaders to be effective at Leading. AAMC’s Leveraging the Power of Self Awareness to Lead More Effectively Virtual Workshop is a unique virtual experience that will cultivate your leadership skills to strengthen connections with others and drive greater impact in your organization. Using The PACE® Palette Personality Temperament Assessment tool, we’ll take a deep dive into temperaments, focusing on identifying your personality style and communication preferences, as well as those of your co-workers, and how it affects our values, behaviors, and preferences.
Through small group exploration and interactive exercises, participants will learn to apply various components of self-awareness to quiet the inner critic, understand and manage conflict, strategically build more productive teams, and craft more effective communications. Join us today to quickly apply and utilize this strategic approach to enhance your effectiveness within your organization, build stronger relationships, and achieve your personal/professional goals.

Registration & Fees
The registration fee is $375. This fee covers registration for this two-part virtual workshop as well as The PACE® Palette Personality Temperament Assessment, which will help you identify your personality style and communication preference, as well as those of your co-workers.
