You can now register and join colleagues from across the nation to engage in three days of training that provide guidance to effectively incorporate the practice of Restorative Justice (RJ) for advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in academic medicine.

The in-person RJAM Facilitator Training done in collaboration with the University of San Diego, Center for Restorative Justice, welcomes faculty and staff from medical schools and teaching hospitals, and other allied health professionals who would like to learn a relational framework that can help them navigate difficult issues (e.g., academic integrity, campus climate, Title IX, DEI, misconduct).

Additionally, this workshop will help practitioners effectively respond to instances of individual or communal harm in ways that support active accountability, deeper understanding, shared decision-making, and the prevention of future harm.

Participants are encouraged to consider institutional commitment from senior leadership to implement RJ practices to help rebuild trust in the community and foster a sense of belonging for all involved.

Don't wait; Registration is limited!
