C-CHANGE MENTORING & LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL SCHOOL FACULTY
Fellows in the C-Change Mentoring & Leadership Institute will:
- Collaborate in a facilitated group peer mentoring process for career development,
- Work closely with a cohort of peers from medical schools across the U.S.,
- Learn skills crucial for those seeking a greater leadership role in academic medicine,
- Formulate a personal individual academic development plan to successfully achieve career and personal goals.
