You will learn directly from two respected experts who have successfully implemented faculty mentoring programs at both the department/college and institutional levels. You will hear lessons learned, tips, and advice to help you strategize and draft a custom plan for a new faculty mentoring program. You will also get feedback on your plan from your instructors and peers to help you develop the best possible program for your faculty.
