AAMC GFA Town Hall:
Leading in a Hybrid Environment

This GFA Town Hall is intended to be an open discussion and forum for the audience and attendees to share their lived experiences, personal views, challenges, and best practices to the recent trends of working and leading in a hybrid environment.
Four Korn Ferry presenters will each cover a theme and then lead an open break out session on the following topics:
- Leading faculty recruitment
- Leading and managing staff
- Leading and managing faculty development activities
- Uplifting and leading culture and morale
As a result of attending the town hall, attendees will:
- Have the opportunity to share their experiences, best practices, and challenges at their institution.
- Consider and reflect on what has been working and what can be improved.
- Network and share ideas. Learn and problem solve, together.
