Will is from a small town in north Alabama (Roll Tide), but moved to the Upper Valley in 2022 to take a research position in the Jakubzick Lab. He lives and works on lands once cared for by the Abenaki indigenous peoples. Outside of the lab, Will enjoys baking, days on the beach, red wine, stamp collecting, reading the “great American novel,” and British television. Will is interested in creating animal models that more closely resemble the pathophysiology of human neuroinflammatory diseases, the role of natural antibodies in tumorigenesis, and studying chemokine receptor ligands in immune cells.
