Abstract
Part of Cindy’s mission is to encourage parents and educators to have conversations about sexuality with children early and often. With the tidal wave of cultural messaging rising fast, it is crucial that parents accept their role as the primary sexuality educators by proactively investing in their children’s future personal wellbeing. Adults who have the courage to muddle through uncomfortable conversations can equip kids with more information to help them make healthier choices.

Cindy Pierce is an author, educational speaker, storyteller, innkeeper and mother of three young adults. Combining comic storytelling and years of research, she engages audiences with her message about making healthy choices and navigating cultural pressures. Cindy and her husband live in Etna, NH where they own and run Pierce’s Inn.
