Jennifer Wenner, PhD, earned her PhD in Development Science from North Dakota State University. She came to the CPDE team with over 10 years of evaluation experience as both an internal and external evaluator, conducting research and evaluation with adolescent development, teacher best practices, and education. In her work at CPDE she has worked on a variety of projects, demonstrating expertise in survey design, conducting interviews and focus groups, logic model design, evaluation capacity building, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and project management.
