Cathleen Beliveau

Undergraduate Student

I am an undergraduate student at Whitman College going into my fourth year. Previously, during the summer of 2015, I worked in Dr. Robert Cramer’s lab in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth studying the SrbA pathway in fungus Aspergillus fumigatus. The following year I worked in Dr. Xiaohong Wang’s lab in the Department of Plant Pathology and Plant-Microbe Biology at Cornell University investigating cyst nematode effector Gr29D09 and its interaction with host potato proteins. I joined Dr. William Rigby’s lab in summer of 2017 and will be researching the role of NETosis in the development of autoimmunity in CF patients.
