Her methodological research focuses on non-parametric estimation methods for the assessment of biomakers in binary classification problems, and her interests lie on any research arising from practical problems. Currently, she performs data management and statistical analyses related to the epidemiological effects of environmental exposures.

Previously, she collaborated as Biostatistician with biomedical research groups in Spain and worked as an IT Consultant designing and adapting ERP software to the requirements of companies.
