Dr. Kayla Iuliano is interested in two arms of environmental health: its communication and its application to women’s health. Her doctoral thesis focused on the Environmental Protection Agency’s communication requirements for public water systems. Her postdoctoral work focuses on exploring preconception exposures and how they impact child growth and development. She is also exploring the motivations and barriers that encourage or inhibit, respectively, the adoption of health-related behaviors.
