Orbitrap Fusion
The Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Fusion Tribrid™ mass spectrometer is equipped with three mass analyzers that permit complex MSn experimental design: a quadrupole, an Orbitrap and a linear ion trap. CID, HCD, and ETD fragmentation modes, scan speeds up to 20 Hz, resolution up to 500,000 (FWHM) at m/z 200 in the Orbitrap.

The Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid™ Mass Spectrometer provides key improvements to Fusion that enhance analytical performance, including a brighter ion source, a segmented quadrupole with higher selectivity, and Advanced Vacuum Technology for improved transmission.
Q Exactive Plus
The Thermo Scientific Q Exactive™ Plus benchtop LC-MS offers high performance quadrupole precursor selection followed by high-resolution, accurate-mass (HR/AM) full scan Orbitrap detection. Sub-ppm mass accuracy, scan speeds up to 12 Hz, mass resolution up to 140,000 (FWHM) at m/z 200.

ACQUITY Arc
The Waters ACQUITY Arc is used for uHPLC pre-fractionation of complex peptide mixtures. Common applications include off-line fractionation of TMT-labeled peptides from whole proteome or phosphoproteome preparations and fractionation of unlabeled peptides for spectral library generation.
Easy-nLC 1000
The Thermo Scientific Easy nLC™ 1000 is a nano-flow UHPLC with a pressure rating of 1000 bar and is used for on-line separation with the Q Exactive™ Plus.
Easy-nLC 1200
The Thermo Scientific Easy nLC™ 1200 is a nano-flow UHPLC with a pressure rating of 1200 bar and is used for on-line separation with the Orbitrap Fusion Tribrid™.
Vanquish Neo
The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo UHPLC system delivers reproducible nano-flow LC-MS with a pressure rating of 1500 bar. The Vanquish is used for on-line separation with the Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid™.
