I am a graduating ’26 Science student at the University of Waterloo with a strong interest in neuroscience, mental health, and patient-centred care. I am currently involved in a scoping review project at the University of Toronto focused on rumination and action-oriented interventions. Outside of academics, I enjoy painting and creative expression.
