Alexandra Limb

Alexandra Limb is an undergraduate junior at Dartmouth College from Westchester County, NY. At Dartmouth, she is a pre-dental student pursuing a major in English. Her primary academic interests include the intersects between the humanities and medicine across literature as well as scientific journalism. Most importantly, she holds a personal passion for promoting the importance of mental health and wellbeing and learning about current innovations in the field of psychiatry. In Professor Jacobson's research lab, she assists with research on the use of sleep wearable technology and machine learning to predict anxiety symptoms. On campus, Alexandra is co-coordinator of the Dartmouth Pre-Dental Society, a contributor to the Dartmouth Undergraduate Journal of Science publication, and an active member of her local sorority, Chi Delta. She is also a student volunteer for the Hopkins Center Students Teaching in the Arts (START) Program, which integrates art and music into education at Upper-Valley elementary schools. After graduation, she aspires to attend dental school and pursue a career in pediatric dentistry.
