Oluwafunke Kolawole

Oluwafunke Kolawole is a Doctor of Medicine candidate at the City University of New York School of Medicine (CUNY School of Medicine) in New York. As part of the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, she graduated from CUNY The City College of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and a minor in Economics. She is currently a research fellow at Dartmouth College CTBH as well as the TRACC-RU (Translational Research Training in Addictions for Racial/Ethnic Minorities at CCNY, Columbia University, and Rutgers University. Her research interests include immigrant health, addiction research, digital therapeutics, and racial/ethnic health disparities among minority populations. Her additional interest in digital health arises from a desire to explore ways of increasing access to healthcare and information gathering for the underserved and minority populations. For leisure, her hobbies include reading, watching dramas, and playing soccer.
