Hannah Dorris

Hannah Dorris is a PhD student in the Quantitative Biomedical Sciences Program at Dartmouth College. Hannah hails from Colorado and received her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at Pomona College. After Pomona, she worked at McLean Hospital and at the Stanford School of Medicine, where she researched cognitive remote assessment of Alzheimer’s Disease, motor remote assessment of Parkinson’s Disease, and gait biomechanics for adaptive deep brain stimulation. She’s excited about continuing to explore cognitive and motor remote assessment in neurodegenerative and mental health conditions, and learning to apply human-centered design and machine learning techniques. In her free time, Hannah enjoys skiing, mountain biking, exploring the great outdoors, and learning to play the banjo!
