Moosilauke Ravine Lodge Overnight for New DMS Students

At the First Year Orientation week in August each year, new students are given the opportunity to participate in a class overnight at the Moosilauke Ravine Lodge in Warren, New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity for the students to break-free at the end of the orientation week to become further acquainted with each other in an informal and fun setting. It's also a wonderful place to bring budding outdoor enthusiast on their first Dartmouth adventure.

To kick-off the overnight, there is a family-style class dinner at the Ravine Lodge. A guest alumni speaker and his/her family are invited to participate in this evening event to connect with new students, share their DMS student experiences and insights on the journey to becoming a physician. Many of our alumnus partake in the music, storytelling, and dancing. It's a fun night for all involved.
