Dynamic, interactive sessions including clinical updates, evidence-based medicine and teaching/clinical improvement

At the end of this program focusing on dementia and COPD/asthma, participants will be able to:

  • More effectively care for patients with the above clinical problems;
  • Access and apply medical evidence to the care of patients with specific diseases;
  • Identify barriers to care of patients with chronic illnesses;
  • Devise practice improvement strategies to improve care;
  • Enhance teaching of medical students and residents in a community practice setting.
