At the end of this program focusing on dementia and COPD/asthma, participants will be able to:
- More effectively care for patients with the above clinical problems;
- Access and apply medical evidence to the care of patients with specific diseases;
- Identify barriers to care of patients with chronic illnesses;
- Devise practice improvement strategies to improve care;
- Enhance teaching of medical students and residents in a community practice setting.
