Research Assistant

I am a research assistant in the Turk Lab. I assist in conducting research using mouse models of melanoma as well as in processing human tissue specimens to gain better understanding of how the immune system plays a role in our own bodies’ ability to fight cancer. I am most interested in how we can elicit stronger reactions from certain immune cells; or limit that of others, in order to assist the immune system in its battle.
