Dr. Sierra Silverwood is the Oncology Climate Education & Clinical Curriculum Lead at the Lichter GreenHealth Lab. Her work focuses on developing innovative educational strategies at the intersection of cancer care, climate resilience, and systems-based practice. She brings expertise in curriculum design, implementation science, and quality improvement, with a strong interest in building scalable, equity-centered educational models for oncology trainees.

Current projects include developing climate-oncology education frameworks, designing resilience-focused learning tools, and planning CME-accredited curricula to formalize climate training in oncology. She aims to expand global oncology education by strengthening radiotherapy training pathways and partnering with ARRO, ROVER, ASTRO, ESTRO, and other specialty organizations.
