Dr. Alex Conway is Co-Lead for Community & Patient Engagement at the Lichter GreenHealth Lab. Her work centers on integrating patient and community perspectives into climate-conscious oncology, focusing on ensuring that sustainability initiatives support equity, access, and patient experience.

Current projects include co-leading two surveys evaluating perspectives on planetary health and cancer care: CARE-Path, a focused survey of cancer patients, and a larger Vermont–New Hampshire regional survey of community views.
